By accessing or using BizClave, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Nature of the service
BizClave provides a rule-based business diagnostic tool. The results are generated from your self-reported answers using a deterministic scoring model. BizClave does not provide financial, legal, investment, or professional advisory services. Nothing in a BizClave report constitutes professional advice.
3. Accuracy of information
The accuracy of your diagnosis depends entirely on the accuracy of the information you provide. BizClave does not verify any user-submitted data. Providing false or misleading information will produce an inaccurate result.
4. No guarantee of outcomes
BizClave makes no guarantee that following the recommendations in a report will produce any particular business outcome. The action plans and recommendations are general in nature and may not be appropriate for every business.
5. Intellectual property
The content, design, engine logic, and text content of BizClave are proprietary. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the platform or report content without written permission.
6. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
7. Payments and refunds
Assessment credits are non-refundable once purchased. Expert review sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for refund at our discretion. Stripe processes all payments — we do not store payment card details.
8. Cookies
By using BizClave, you consent to our use of cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. You may decline non-essential cookies via the consent banner on your first visit.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizClave and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any report content.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
