About BizClave

Most founders don't get honest feedback until something breaks.

BizClave was built to change that — before the crisis, not after.

The problem

Advisors give reassurance. Peers give opinions. Coaches give frameworks. Nobody gives you a structured, evidence-based picture of where the business actually stands.

So founders make decisions on gut feel. They optimise the wrong thing. They don't see the cash cliff coming until it's close. They fix the symptom, not the disease.

The businesses that fail rarely fail because the founder didn't work hard enough. They fail because nobody told them the truth in time.

The answer

A diagnosis, not an opinion.

BizClave is a rule-based business diagnosis platform. Founders answer 53 questions across six critical business areas. A deterministic scoring engine evaluates every answer, applies weighted scoring, and runs 19 risk triggers across the full dataset.

The result is a score out of 100. A status — Critical, Weak, Mixed, Stable, or Strong. A set of red flags with honest explanations. And a 30-day action plan built from the patterns in your answers.

Why rule-based, not AI?

AI-generated reports produce different outputs for the same inputs. They hallucinate. They flatter. They cannot be held accountable for what they say.

BizClave uses a deterministic scoring model and hand-curated content. Every piece of text in a BizClave report was written by a human. Nothing is generated by AI at runtime.

Two founders with the same score and the same trigger pattern will receive the same diagnosis. That consistency is not a limitation. It is the design.

Our position

Independent. Founder-first. No agenda.

BizClave is not backed by investors. It is not affiliated with a consulting firm. It is not designed to upsell you into a programme or push a methodology.

The assessment is honest because it has no incentive to be otherwise.

It is self-funded and free for every founder. If it helps you, that is the point. If you want to support it, there is a way to do that too.
