1. Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when creating an account (name, email, business name, country) and when completing an assessment (your answers to the 53 questions). We also collect basic usage data including session timing and assessment completion status.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to generate your business diagnosis report, send your report by email, improve the assessment engine and content, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. Assessment answers and reports are stored in a PostgreSQL database. PDF reports are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
4. Cookies and tracking
BizClave uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. We also use functional cookies to remember your preferences. We may use analytics cookies (e.g. Plausible or similar privacy-first tools) to understand how the platform is used. No advertising cookies are used. You can manage your cookie preferences via the banner shown on your first visit. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
5. Email communications
We send transactional emails including your diagnosis report, email verification codes, and booking confirmations. You may receive occasional product updates. You can opt out of non-transactional emails at any time.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Account deletion removes all associated assessment data and reports.
7. Third-party services
BizClave uses Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Resend for email delivery. Each of these services operates under their own privacy policies. We pass only the data necessary for each service to function.
